While fitness and stamina are critical when racing IRONMAN Texas, there are numerous other factors that can make or break your race day and lead to PRs and tons of fun on the race course or derail your day, leading to disappointment and frustration. 

In this free in-person, interactive discussion, we will cover the IRONMAN Texas race course as well as everything you will need to know and do in the weeks leading into race day, race week, and race day, including the "Four Horsemen of IRONMAN racing".  

Discussion will be led by full-time triathlon coach and IRONMAN Texas finisher, John Mayfield.  John holds USA Triathlon LII and IRONMAN U coaching certifications and has been on-site for every IRONMAN Texas since the inaugural race in 2011!

There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion!
